Xmms's titles do not show when it is in WindowsShade mode.  Also plugins such as Gkrellm-mms don't recieve any title or info from xmms.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use a outside plugin
2.Go into windowshade mode
3.

Actual Results:  
Title didn't show

Expected Results:  
Shown the titles

Ok, found out what caused it.  Its only while XMMS is in shuffle mode, and only while playing a radio stream.  Easily resolved, my bad.....

this is completly fixed in the new kde
