There is low saxon support in KDE-i18n but not in the ebuild.
Please, if possible add the folloing line to it:

linguas_nds? ( mirror://kde/stable/${MY_PV}/src/kde-i18n/kde-i18n-nds-${PV}.tar.bz2 )

Would enrich Gentoo's language support.
