As per discussion with Tony, I'm dealing with a situation that in spite of advertising 101 as telephone-event the peer is sending payloads of type 96, this patch hard-codes 96 (otherwise unused) to accept 96 as payload type.

Closing as INVALID since this breaks other stuff for me.  Vodacom is leaving me between a rock and a hard place.
