Bug 469436 – sys-apps/baselayout ChangeLog is missing

The ebuild ChangeLog for sys-apps/baselayout points to http://sources.gentoo.org/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/baselayout/trunk/ChangeLog for the list of changes in baselayout-2.2, but this URL returns a nonexistent-file error.  I also don't see a ChangeLog file in the baselayout sources at: http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/baselayout/trunk/

That's exactly the ChangeLog I'm referring to that has the problem.
