If we use pkgcache, build livecd stage1 and it fail, change livecd/use to take out some use flag and run again, those packages already built will emerge using binary packages with the previous livecd/use flags instead of re-emerge.

catalyst needs to be updated to call --newuse now

so, just add --newuse to all instances where portage is called and we will be safe?
