Add review/super-review flag to bugzilla, like the Mozilla team has. I'm tired of the ad-hoc decisions of whether or not something should be added to portage or not. We need a clear process for this.
I already have some flags turned on mainly for security stuff. As for whether stuff should be in portage or not. That's up to the developers, usually the lead in the project gets say, or else it's elevated to higher management. If you know which group of bugs you think need this talk to a developer or drop me an email and I'll see if it's worthy of flags.
