Following icu update:

 * Checking dynamic linking consistency

 * Assigning files to packages

If possible, the ebuild should be updated to take advantage of EAPI5's dependency rebuild logic, so it will rebuild automatically when icu is updated.

This is already fixed in 2.0.9 (note that editing 2.0.8 in-place would not affect existing users).

... and I've just removed 2.0.8
