after emerging gnome 2.6, when i open up system-settings:/// in nautilus , it turns out to be empty. a lot of people on the gentoo forums, too seem to be facing the same problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open nautilus 2.type system-settings:/// 3. Actual Results: i get a blank window with no contents under system-settings:/// Expected Results: listed the contents under system-settings:///
Right onw I am not sure whether or not it's a bug. The window is not populated under debian, but it is under fedora core, perhaps they patched it. I'll look further into it.
Apparently this is related to gnome-system-tools, which is not in portage for various reasons (proabably out of the scope of this bug). Can this be marked as resolve later?
it would seem so .. thanks khai, i'm marking this as WONTFIX as gnome-system-tools won't get into portage until it works reasonably well with gentoo.
