The nessus ebuild appears to be missing its digest, as suggested by the following transcript. This transcript was taken a few moments ago, immediately after an 'emerge sync'. Similar results have obtained over the past 24 hours. I would not normally mark a missing digest as having severity "major", but the importance and prevalence of nessus make it cause for concern. A search in the forums and bugzilla for "nessus digest" came up empty, so this may be recent. ----- transcript ----- skipper root # emerge nessus -pv These are the packages that I would merge, in order: Calculating dependencies ...done! The nessus ebuild has no digest, because the nessus package does not have any files but its ebuild and digest file. Its only job is to depend on nessus-libraries, libnasl, nessus-core and nessus-plugins with the correct versions. So its just correct that the digest is empty. Still good to know someone keeps his eyes open :-)
