BCwipe-0.2-4 Secure File Removal Utility

BCwipe is a secure file removal utility that has been widely used by such 
entities as the US Gov/Mil and large banks.

Enclosed is the ebuild for BCwipe-0.2-4. It is a very simple ebuild which 
compiles and installs the bcwipe utility in /bin and the man page 
in /usr/share/man/man1.

Please test this ebuild with repoman and then re-open the bug and attach a new
version.  Thanks! (I'm looking into the licensing of this and BCrypt for linux)

meep, sorry, jetico has gone and made their stuff commercial demo license
only... I don't feel that we should add such to portage.

Finally done... updated to latest version, fixed license, added keyword, committed app-crypt/bcwipe enjoy.
