When I run upgrade my Gentoo, I got this message. Calculating dependencies | * Digest verification failed: * /usr/portage/sys-kernel/git-sources/git-sources-3.9_rc8.ebuild * Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size * Got: 1193 * Expected: 1189 ... done! Reproducible: Always Expected Results: No digest verification failure.
The length of the header line was different because "ago" changed into "mpagano"; not sure how this is possible, but I guess it didn't do a second commit for the Manifest. /var/cvsroot/gentoo-x86/sys-kernel/git-sources/Manifest,v <-- Manifest new revision: 1.1382; previous revision: 1.1381
