The package deps on app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-xlibs but I don't see any relevant native deps. Could you review that?

I've looked at the ebuild and come to following conclusion:

* The latest version in tree is 3.6.1i, however looking at their homepage you can only download 3.7.2{a,b,c,d,e} and 3.7.3b.
* The package changed from rpm to sh.
* Furthermore the latest version seems to be very different from 3.6.1i. The file size changed from ~80MB to ~220MB and it also has a native 64bit build (icmbrowserpro64) now.

After all, the actual ebuild seems to be broken and wouldn't work at all as long as you don't have the sources for version 3.6.1i. Since there are no other bugs i guess there aren't any customer for this package and i think we could drop it?

sci-chemistry/icm-browser

I dont use icm and icm-browser anymore. Its commercial and quite buggy sw. So it can be safely dropped from tree or moved to sci overlay in case someone realy want to use them

If icm itself still works I don't see any reason we should remove it, but feel free to convince me otherwise :)

It should work. However there can be problems
1. It may crash with non latin unicode locale
2. It may write corrupted structure files for large systems
3. Also when i use it few years ago i made tonns of bugreports and none of them was resolved by upstream
4. icm and icm-browser uses bundled qt version

So i think its safe to move icm and icm-browser to sci overlay from main tree
