xeCJK 3.0.7 does not work correctly with expl3 v4332, xeCJK 3.1.0 is needed according to the maintainer of xeCJK.

Detalis: 

When using xeCJK package, "Missing number, treated as zero" and "Illegal unit of measure (pt inserted)" errors are thrown out constantly. It is exactly the same with the problem described here:
http://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/84010/change-to-xecjk-under-texlive-2012-since-2011

In that post, Qing Lee, the maintainer of xeCJK, replied that xeCJK prior to version 3.1.0 used \c_zero_skip in a wrong way, therefore caused the error. In my test, the suggested workaround does work when used xeCJK alone; however, when xeCJK is called by CTeX document classes, the same errors still appear, and that can still block LyX from contiuning, but I cannot figure out problems in the resulting PDF file when manually compiled.

According to log files, the version of xeCJK is 3.0.7, and the version of expl3 is v4332. These TeXLive packages are installed directly from the official portage tree, as dependencies of LyX with xetex USE flag.

The tarball attatched contains the test tex files and their logs (compiled with xelatex, of course).
