This ebuild do not provide choice between sqlite, mysql, posgres. Sqlite by default.

Firstly the patch didn't apply cleanly.
Secondly;   
dev-libs/libgamin
PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7")
obliges the doc build to python2.7
this requires REQUIRED_USE var and python_gen_cond_dep set to py2.7

Thirdly instances of rm -rf "${ED} need be rm -rf "${D}
Fourthly src_install need be left as python_install

then there's the doc install.
I think it's better if you cam to the channel for support. Too much going on here.
