media-sound/audacity-2.0.3 crashed when jackd is running

Installed versions:  2.0.3^t{tbz2}(23:01:26 16.04.2013)(alsa flac jack libsoxr mp3 vorbis -ffmpeg -id3tag -ladspa -libsamplerate -midi -sbsms -soundtouch -twolame -vamp)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. configure and start jackd (I use qjackctl)
2. start audacity
3. 
Actual Results:  
audacity crashed

Expected Results:  
no crash

Portage 2.1.11.62 (default/linux/amd64/13.0/desktop, gcc-4.7.2, glibc-2.17, 3.8.7-gentoo x86_64)

An X11 error? This doesn't happen for me on the same platform.
Can you create a backtrace for the crash?
