new ebuild file app-forensics/pyflag-0.87-r3

Package net-mail/libpst supply readpst tool, same as app-forensics/pyflag. (Pyflag includes sources of libpst.) My solution is to give pst USE flag to pyflag ebuild and in DEPEND variable test: "pst? ( !net-mail/libpst )". If libpst is used in system, in the src_unpack time sed is invoked and cancels in makefile, diving request to the proper directory.

Patch used by ebuild is very big (28M, and after gzipping 14M) so it's not possible to paste it to bugzilla.

This package was removed from the portage tree three years ago[1], the SF page redirects to http://www.pyflag.net/ , which, putting it mildly, isn't used as a software project home page at all, and I don't see where you want to tag on an -r3 (revision) when there is no current revision in the tree.
