bug reports should only be blocker if they relate to the core OS. This is *not* a blocker.

My emerge can't find ebuilder on any server also.
In my opinion it is a blocker, because it's blocking me as a user to become an active ebuild maker and submitter.

I haven't been able to find ebuilder ANYWHERE on the net... Google gave me nothing... This isn't an amd64 specific issue, so I'm going to send this back to bug wranglers so they can decide which portage maintainer gets the pleasure of removing this from the portage tree... :-/

Ok, seems like the old location is dead or misconfigured. Fortunately I still had a copy of it, changed the SRC_URI in CVS.
