Description Denis M. (Phr33d0m) 2013-04-15 00:16:39 UTC
Hi, namebench currently has IUSE=X but it doesn't do anything. Even built with USE=-X it still spawns a GUI window.

Can we implement the removing-GUI-stuff or just remove the flag from the IUSE? Or IUSE=X has other purposes?

Thanks to Mike Gilbert for letting me know what this flag was actually for.

In case anyone finds this bug report later:

The "X" use flag controls an optional dependency on dev-lang/python[tk]. It's a typical optional runtime dependency which could be dropped entirely.

Doesn't that make this bug valid, then?
