There's a server on rsync://rsync.pt.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage pool with poor perfomance syncing the portage tree.

The server is http://cesium.di.uminho.pt/pub/

It takes about 4 times longer than other servers on the pool.

After some downtime, the server is now up and a lot faster.
