It would appear the file used to generate the manifest and the file the enlightenment servers serve are not the same file. I suggest replacing one of the aforementioned with the other, so that they will be the same file. the file on the gentoo mirrors matches the current Manifest... maybe you should stop overriding the default mirror list so when upstream randomly changes the file you don't get broken builds like this?
