There have been new beta versions of beets available for some time. Update is in order.

Currently several tests fail, one due to mutagen returning incorrect bitrate for mpc.full test case, and another two due to configuration item being unavailable (reason unknown)

Beta 3 added requirement on musicbrainz-ngs >= 0.3 as well

tests fixed upstream, patch included...everything looks fine
