Description Agostino Sarubbo gentoo-dev 2013-04-03 17:42:55 UTC
You receive this bug because this package does not respect my system's CC ( x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc - /usr/bin/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc ) and calls directly gcc -/usr/bin/gcc
The possible solutions to fix this issue are:
1)Fix the buildsystem, if you can
2)inherit toolchain-funcs and use tc-export CC
3)inherit toolchain-funcs and use emake CC="$(tc-getCC)"

CC is not respected at configure time:

checking for gcc... gcc

and in config.log:

configure:2395: checking for gcc
configure:2411: found /usr/bin/gcc
configure:2422: result: gcc
configure:2651: checking for C compiler version
configure:2660: gcc --version >&5
gcc (Gentoo 4.6.3 p1.11, pie-0.5.2) 4.6.3
