Well, could you please write an ebuild for it? :-)

Don't count on me to do it, I've atm 30+ bugs in my list and this is only an
enhancement request, so it has low priority. I may do it sometime, but I don't
use kxicq myself (though I officially maintain the ebuild), so it probably
won't happen while I have interesting unsolved bugs in other packages to deal
with.

If you don't, I will, but I can't promise it will be very soon. Probably this
weekend as I try to bring my buglist to zero.

I've committed an ebuild for a cvs snapshot of kxicq2, and added a patch to make it compile with gcc3. The snapshot should be available for download from gentoo mirrors within 24 hours and the ebuild will then be committed.

Whatever happened to this KxICQ2 CVS snapshot? Seems to me its disappeared from
the portage tree recently. If you have already created a kxicq-cvs build,
please add it to the tree again and mark it more clearly as kxicq2-cvs for
example. If the ebuild doesnt exist, Id be happy to write one :-)

0.7.6.20020708 - it's definitely there in cvs, and has a stable x86 keyword... Rsync problems perhaps, a bad mirror or something?...
