Patch to ebuild and files/icon/thunderbird.desktop

Installed Thunderbird icon looks poor when shown at larger sizes, for example in GNOME 3 Alt-Tab menu.

Attached patch copies Firefox ebuild to install icons into /usr/share/icons/hicolor/.

Thank Chris for your work, it has landed and will go to stable branch with 45.4.
