Hi.  I've attached rioutil-1.4.4.ebuild, and which builds the newest version of rioutil.  

Rioutil is a command line tool for transfering mp3s to and from a Rio 600, 800,  Rio Riot, and Nike PSA/Play.  Version 1.4.4 includes bug fixes as well as support for creating playlists and downloading from S-Series Rios with firmware of 2.0 or higher.
