This is an ebuild for installing jmp (Java Memory Profiler) this is the most popular tool on freshmeat for profiling java memory management and cpu usage.

To use it, emerge it and then type:

java -Xrunjmp  mypackage.MyClass

I would suggest to put it in
dev-java/jmp
