plib moved joystick handling routines off to a library which the current ebuild doesn't address.  Adding a -lplibjs fixes the problem.

I've added the patch to the ebuild. It went ok.
Now someone has to add the "epatch ${FILESDIR}/02tuxkart.patch" on the ebuild.
