After I upgraded gnome to 3.6 I noticed that the special characters for foreign languages such as (á é ó etc for PT) stopped working. I don't know where the problem lies, skype or some lib of gnome 3.6. Hope you can help figure out. I see no problem with Gnome 3.8
Gnome 3.8 is still masked. Since I use the machine for work, I normally stick to stable. I actually went on a limb installing 3.6.
any progress? I'm using 3.6 too .. it's the stable
skype is binary only application, wrong bug reporting system for non-ebuild bugs
(In reply to comment #4) > skype is binary only application, wrong bug reporting system for non-ebuild > bugs did someone steal your hex editor?
I understand that skype is binary only application, but something in Gentoo with Gnome 3.6 is not working, and the problem is revealing itself on the skype application.
