The name of the PECL extension for the zend OPCache has change from ZendOptimizerPlus to Zend OPCache. We should reflect that in the gentoo package name and rename to dev-php/pecl-zendopcache

And there is a new version 7.0.1

Here is a overlay that has the new version and the changed name.
