Plugins -> Transform -> Crop & resize filter missing. Reproducible: Always
Confirmed, same problem here. And IMO the rotate filter rotates in the wrong direction, compared to the old version (90° should be to the right, not to the left which is 270° usually); I guess this should be reported upstream? BTW: There are also no OpenGL filters available, but I guess there aren't any? One minor thing: By default, "dummy" is selected for audio output. Maybe "AlsaDefault" could be chosen instead of that, so that it works out of the box?

Can you attach the build log for avidemux-plugins? I can't reproduce this and see both the crop and resize filter listed there.
