Tengine is a web server originated by Taobao, the largest e-commerce website in Asia. It is based on Nginx HTTP server and has many advanced features.

I think the Gentoo way here would be to bundle all packages with the nginx package and add a convenience USE=taobao flag. I'm not putting the hours in though; patches appreciated.

This package is in gentoo-zh (Chinese packages) overlay, but only 2.0.3 (stable version is 2.3.0).
How to do overlay bump request?

Pretty sure you can do that by pinging the maintainer of it by email by looking in the metadata.xml of the package or the overlay one (for example with layman -i).
