this patch removes the items that are no longer relavent, or even now wrong. it also adds the new devtmpfs option check, and link to the predictable network name scheme wiki page at f.d.o.

please apply, this is overdue already

Committed; I don't mind developers having commit rights to the docs though, so if infra requires a "go!" just give me a shout.

Continuation of the first patch. Sorry for being late.

So I've completely missed the documentation was still referring to the update-modules command from module-init-tools we don't install anymore with kmod
And the way of doing this have changed too

Plus the devfs part is ancient too, looks to be from time when majority of users went from devfs -> to early udev. This isn't supposed to be comparison table of current differences between any of the dev-managers.

So dropping whole "Known problems" section

+ minor cosmetic change to the link at bottom

Committed. I also bumped the version again (since I can't roll-back the previous commit first) so translators don't cut my head off ;)
