ocaml-libvirt-0.6.1.4_p1.ebuild

I was working on app-emulation/virt-top (bug #508368) and realized that this package was missing from the tree. I had to take the tarball from the MASTER branch of the Git repository because the most recent downloadable tarball does not compile and I didn't want to have to install Git for get the files.

Dependencies:
Build: dev-lang/ocaml (not sure about minimum version)
Runtime: app-emulation/libvirt dev-lang/ocaml

Licensing: LGPL-2-with-linking-exception
