209.47.158.132 is the public IP, however it's being NAT'd from behind a firewall, does rsync report the local interface!? If so it's 7.47.158.132

You need to wait about 1 hour and then try and resync, so that the new ACL file copies over. -Jeffrey

Evan, I apologize for the miscommunication. I saw the access denied on the logs on rsync1.us. I have corrected it and added the .132 IP. You should be able to sync within about 1 hour of the timestamp of this bug comment. Thanks! Jeffrey
