Description C J Coleman 2004-03-29 07:34:50 UTC
When running Blackbox, I have an issue with it causing a segmentation violation when I set the Toolbar to be `Always on top'. I have tried re-emerging the package, but not X. There is not an issue with Blackbox if I use the Toolbar default of falling under the windows. Please note, I am using GRSec and thus it am catching a write in kmem where it should not happen - and as such it may go unnoticed on another system, provided it does not clobber anything important.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge GRSec and Blackbox
2. Try to set the Toolbar to be `Always on top'
3. Cry as you arrive at the console again, knowing your windows will never fall in line to your might Toolbar.

Actual Results:
GRSec logged a signal 11 and then a signal 6 to Blackbox. I increased my core
size at the command line, and got the backtrace added as an additional attachment.

Expected Results:
NOT CRASHED.

Backtrace performed on the core of Blackbox.

Seems to be bad memory management, possible null pointer? (hence the SIGSEGV).
