Is it OK to stabilize =app-editors/ted-2.22 ?

If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords

for older versions of this package and add STABLEREQ keyword

to the bug.

It is a warning but did not block stabilisation because it is unlikely to affect the user and presumably is not a regression.
