I'm asking for maintainer permission to add ~ppc keyword for =net-libs/libircclient-1.6-r1 and =games-board/pokerth-1.0.

I have tested them on my system and are working fine. There is only a little issue with =net-libs/libircclient-1.6-r1 which needs a patch (already attached) to fix a problem when the static libs are installed. Apart of that (which is already fixed by the patch), everything is fine here.

I have attached the build log of =net-libs/libircclient-1.6-r1 on ppc just to show you what is the issue I was talking about.
