Doesn't compile for me which is the reason for the delay.

Add missing typedef to GLStateExtension.h

With attached patch (taken from scorched3d CVS) compiles cleanly

btw: why depends on dev-games/ode ?

P.S.: ATI Driver Issue message can now be removed since 37 version it's fixed

now i know why depends on ode, but sources have bundled version ;)

version bumped in CVS.  I took out the ATI warning as well so hopefully that
issue is fixed.
