With kind permission from EvaSDK. 

Turned out that 0.2.6 didn't have the support for udev's hwdb yet, but it had new configure opts to use systems own pci.ids and usb.ids, so new RDEPEND sys-apps/hwids was created

We shall see if 0.2.7 brings us the udev's hwdb support instead.
