Missing dev-python/matplotlib dependency for app-office/openerp-7.0.

It is documented in
http://doc.openerp.com/trunk/developers/server/01_getting_started/#installation-from-sources
and the file /usr/openerp/addons/resource/faces/timescale.py imports matplotlib.cbook
