I stabilized =dev-libs/libev-4.11-r1 because it is a depend of a security bug. 

Please cc the remaining arches.

which security bug? is there any bug id mentioned?

for remain versions, I think we can clean 4.11 immediately, since we already have 4.11-r1, and it's a minor fix.

but for 4.04, I think we should still wait for 4.11-r1 stablization on all ARCH, right?
