Trying to emerge the amsn-skins package after the file Bolos.zip is downloaded, emerge thinks it should be bigger than it is and goes through a bunch of mirrors trying to resume the file with no success and finally fails.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge amsn-skins

Actual Results:  
The emerge failed

Expected Results:  
amnsn-skins should have built and installed

Yes, the file on the mirrors (and sf site) is smaller. I am fixing this now.
