version 0.1.7 of arandr contained an error that is critical on systems whose graphics drivers report different resolutions under the same mode name (eg 1366x768 and 1360x768 both named "1360x768"; i'd be grateful for suggestions on why this is done).

the 0.1.7.1 version also contains fixes helping distributors, among them (following up on bug #459792, the 0.1.7 version bump) a patch that makes your `arandr-0.1.7-locale.patch` obsolete: the build/locales directory is created even if there are no locales.
