- to former CHANGES was renamed to ChangeLog upstream.
- /etc/openvpn/ (as used by the init-script) should be created.
- deleted some empty lines.

Thanks, I will update the ebuild.
- /etc/openvpn/ (as used by the init-script) should be created.
Incorrect, it should NOT be created because the init-script will ignore it if it is not which is the correct behavior for a newly installed unconfigured openvpn.
- deleted some empty lines
Non-issue.
