1. pypy once again left out.
2. I am wondering why the deps of test? in wrapped in a double layer of parentheses.
3. test_phase, as for cef.

* Substitute EPYTHON with PYTHON in python_test().
* Remove double parentheses in test? DEPEND.

Tests fail for both pypy versions, so they are still left out.
