since the default src_install provides dodoc if DOCS is declared, please use it.

we'd still need a src_install since we have to `dobin`, so it wouldn't make any real difference

@ryan and mike:

I just filed the bug because if the default function already offers dodoc I see no reason to don't respect it. Apart this is fine whatever manner you like.
