1. What I expected: 
   send request to a local XMLRPC server, get data.
2. What I typed:
   (this is example from rtorrent wiki)
   $ xmlrpc localhost system.listMethods
3. What I got:
   the trace

It is present at the end of emerge --info.

In so time tools not build in new ebuild ( see #460730	and #409549 ,  #320253)
