Copies of GLSA 200403-04 (Multiple security vulnerabilities in Apache 2) posted to the forums and the gentoo-announce mailing list contain an error. Under "Resolution", we have: # rm /etc/apache2/lib /etc/apache2/logs /etc/apache2/modules # rm /etc/apache2/modules The last line should probably be "rm /etc/apache2/extramodules" instead. If not, the line shouldn't be present, as /etc/apache2/modules would already have been removed by the previous line. I've already mentioned this in the original bug (http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45206#c19) but it seems to have been ignored and the bug closed. I realise the mistake is only minor and it's probably not worth reissuing the GLSA, but it should probably be brought to _somone's_ attention (if only for future QA).
