It also has a dependancy on clearsilver: http://clearsilver.net
a "language-neutral HTML template system" which is also not yet in portage.  
clearsilver-0.9.7 appears to be the current release.

Hi there,

I'm sorry, but we currently don't have enough volunteers to write ebuilds on request.  Why not have a go at writing your own ebuild?  There's plenty of documentation on http://www.gentoo.org/, and we'll happily look at any ebuild that you wish to submit.
