Is it OK to stabilize =app-crypt/bestcrypt-2.0.0 ?

If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords

for older versions of this package and add STABLEREQ keyword

to the bug.

Am am for dropping the stable keyword. This package tend to break and hard to maintain, I don't mind adding new versions, but I don't think it should be stable path.

I removed the stable keyword from the broken 1.7.0 package as well.
